The course is aimed at children from 4 up to 8 years with no skiing experience and beginners with little experience or not able to ski on the nearby blue/easy slopes independently; the meeting point is in Passo Tonale at the Fantaski Park, near the chairlift Scoiattolo.

The groups consist of about seven participants per class split on the spot according to age and level; there will be a non-competitive race with prizes for everybody on Friday (except during festivities).

Our Playground Fantaski is a safe area equipped with paths, specific teaching methods and two carpet lifts where children can learn to ski and have fun at the same time developing skills needed to go down on more difficult slopes next to the area.

The minimum age of 4 is a guideline, but it is recommended for group lessons. Children who have just turned 3 can book private lessons before considering a possible entry in group courses. Children of 4 years not yet completed may join the course if their physical condition and behavior are suited to group activities.

The Fantaski Park is open from 9 am to 5 pm and thanks to its sunny location in the centre of Passo Tonale can offer many services such as a heated chalet, toys,  entertainment programs and baby sitting service with special offers for families. • • The sport hour lasts 55 minutes: the non-participation to the course for one or more days gives no right to refunds.
  • Sunday lessons last from 02:00 pm till 03:50 pm (not from 11:00 am till 12:50 am) about from mid January till mid March.
  • The group lesson lasts from Sunday / Monday to Friday even if new daily entries are possible during the Christmas period; non-beginner skiers, who for whatever reason cannot start lessons from the first two days, can enroll in a course that has already started, provided they are not complete beginners. Participants with no previous skiing experience should consider joining a course that has already started only after taking private lessons.
  • It’s adviced to make a reservation in advance; there is a discount through the online booking.
  • Group lessons are held with a minimum of 4 participants with similar level and age, if the minimum number is not reached, other solutions will be proposed and any deposit will be converted into private lessons or refunded.
  • The children must arrive on time at the meeting point with skipass, equipment and course enrolment.
  • The final race does not take place in case of adverse weather conditions and with fewer than 15 participants.
  • The group lessons are held in Italian and / or English.
  • Any requests and preferences for placement in a group with other skiers or assignment to specific instructors will be checked with the course coordinator when dividing the groups based on actual availability.
  • The use of the Fantaski Park is free during the group or private lessons given by the instructors of our Ski School.
